1. About us

This website, takesnoot.com, is run by Snoot ("we", "us"), 1528 Broadway, New York, NY 10036, United States. The store runs on Shopify. By using this site or buying from us, you agree to these terms, our Refund Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Who can buy

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

3. Our products

  • Snoot Dental Spray and our add-ons are for pets. Follow the directions on the label.
  • Our products don't diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and they don't replace your vet. If your pet has pain, swelling, a broken tooth, bleeding or stops eating, see a vet.
  • The Red Light Gum Wand is a comfort product for everyday use. Keep its light away from your pet's eyes and yours.
  • Results differ from pet to pet. Reviews and stories on our site are real customers' own experiences.
  • We try to show colors, sizes and details accurately. Your screen may show them a little differently.

4. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time. You pay the price shown when you place your order.
  • Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
  • We may limit or cancel any order, for example after a pricing error, suspected fraud, or if an item is out of stock. If we cancel after charging you, we refund you in full.
  • Free gifts and automatic discounts apply as shown on the site at the time you order. They have no cash value.

5. Shipping and refunds

Shipping times, the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee and our 30-day add-on refunds are in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. They're part of these terms.

6. Your account

If you create an account, keep your login safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account.

7. Reviews and things you send us

If you send us a review, photo, video or idea, you let us use it, without payment, to run and promote Snoot. Don't post anything that's false, illegal, or someone else's work. We can remove anything we think breaks these rules.

8. Our content

The Snoot name, logo, text, photos, videos and design on this site belong to us or the people who license them to us. Don't copy or reuse them without our written OK.

9. Using the site

Don't misuse the site. That includes trying to hack it, scraping it, placing fake orders or breaking the law.

10. Other websites

Our site may link to other sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for them.

11. Limits on our responsibility

  • We sell our products "as is", apart from the promises in our Refund Policy and any rights the law gives you that can't be waived.
  • As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or follow-on losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order.
  • Some places don't allow these limits. If you live in one, they apply only as far as your local law allows.

12. Disputes

These terms follow the laws of the State of New York, USA. Before any legal claim, please email support@takesnoot.com so we can try to fix it first. Most problems get solved with one email.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
