How to get your refund
- Email support@takesnoot.com within 90 days of delivery.
- Put your order number in the email.
- Tell us how it went. One line is fine.
We refund the spray kit and any shipping you paid, to the card you used, within 5 business days. Your bank may take 3 to 10 more business days to show it.
The guarantee is one refund per household.
Add-ons: 30-day refund
This covers Inside-Out Antioxidant Bites, the Lift-the-Lip Check Light, Good-List Reward Treats, the Red Light Gum Wand and any other add-on.
- Not happy with an add-on? Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
- We refund the add-on price within 5 business days, to the card you used.
- No need to send it back. Keep it, or pass it on to a friend with a dog.

What we can't refund
- Shipping protection, once your order has shipped.
- Requests after the 90-day (spray) or 30-day (add-ons) window.
Wrong, damaged or missing items
Got a broken bottle, a damaged item or the wrong thing? Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a new one free. You don't need to return the old one.
